We started out in Texas with a single claw machine — one good crane, good prizes, and a line of happy kids and adults. It worked. So we kept going.

But we kept hearing the same thing: "I wish I could play this from home." Not everybody has a Saturday to spare, and not everybody lives near a place with claw machines worth playing.

So we built UltraClaw Arena — the same real machines, the same real prizes, now playable from your couch. Live video, low latency, honest gameplay.

What makes us different

• Every machine is real. We don't do simulations or predetermined outcomes. You're controlling actual hardware.
• Every play is recorded. Win or not, you have a clip you can review for 14 days.
• Free US shipping. Win a prize, we ship it. No hidden costs.
• No push for more. You play when you want, buy tokens when you want. Our tokens don't expire.

1. Agreement to these terms

Welcome to UltraClaw Arena. These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and UltraClaw Arena ("UltraClaw," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website at ultraclawarena.com and any related services. Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account, purchasing tokens, or using the service in any way, you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

UltraClaw Arena allows you to control real physical claw machines located at our facility through a live video stream and an online interface. You may attempt to win physical prizes through skillful operation of the machine. Won prizes will be shipped to the address you provide.

The service consists of: live video streaming of the machine, remote control of the claw mechanism, purchase of tokens used to start play sessions, and physical fulfillment of won prizes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice or liability.

3. Eligibility — you must be 18+

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

You may not use the service if doing so is prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the service is lawful where you reside.

4. Account registration

To play, you must create an account using a valid Google account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or technical reasons.

5. Tokens and purchases

Token purchase. Tokens are virtual credits that allow you to start a play session on a claw machine. Each play session costs a fixed number of tokens as displayed in the service.

No cash value. Tokens have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money or other tokens between users.

All sales final. All token purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Token balances do not expire so long as your account remains in good standing, but we reserve the right to expire or revoke tokens of accounts inactive for more than 12 months.

Skill-based outcome. Winning a prize requires skill in operating the claw mechanism and is not guaranteed by the purchase of tokens. The mechanical behavior of the claw, including grip strength and movement timing, is determined by the machine and may vary between sessions.

Payment processor. Payments are handled by a third-party processor. By purchasing tokens, you also agree to that processor's terms of service. We do not store your full credit card information.

6. Prizes and shipping

Eligibility. If you successfully win a prize during a play session as confirmed by our system, you may claim that prize for shipment to a physical address. Prizes are subject to availability and our right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Shipping. We ship prizes within the United States. Shipping costs may apply and will be displayed before you confirm the shipment. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

Lost or damaged prizes. If a prize arrives damaged or fails to arrive within a reasonable time after the carrier's tracking shows delivery, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

No cash equivalent. Prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged for money. We do not offer cash refunds for prizes.

Stockpiling. Won prizes that have not been shipped within 180 days of being won may be forfeited at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you before forfeiting any prize.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or any non-human means to play the service.
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the operation of the service or any claw machine.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose, including reselling won prizes for profit.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent any limits, bonuses, referral rewards, or restrictions.
• Engage in fraud, including chargebacks for valid token purchases or false claims of non-receipt.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any token balance and unshipped prizes.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the service, including software, text, graphics, video, and design, is the property of UltraClaw or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written permission.

9. Service availability and technical issues

The service is provided over the internet and depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection, video streaming performance, and machine availability. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

If a machine malfunction causes a clear and material loss during your play session (e.g., the claw fails to respond at all during your turn), contact us within 24 hours and we will, at our discretion, refund the tokens used for that session or credit you with replacement tokens.

We are not liable for tokens or play time lost due to your internet connection issues, browser or device issues on your side, or brief network or video latency that does not prevent operation of the claw.

10. Disputes over wins and losses

The outcome of each play session is determined by our system based on sensor data from the machine. Our determination is final. You may contest a specific session through the in-app dispute mechanism within 7 days of the session. We will review your dispute in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ULTRACLAW BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UltraClaw, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and any unspent tokens are forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

15. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how UltraClaw Arena ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website at ultraclawarena.com and any related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

We've designed this policy to be readable. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we collect only what we need to run the service and ship your prizes.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name, email, profile photo URL).

Payment information. When you purchase tokens, you enter card details directly into a secure third-party checkout. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. We receive only a transaction ID, the amount, and a tokenized reference for refund handling.

Shipping information. When you claim a prize, we collect the recipient name, mailing address, and contact details you submit.

Play activity. We record token purchases, plays initiated, win/loss outcomes, and the corresponding short video clips of each play (typically 14 days for losses, longer for wins to support shipping and disputes).

Technical information. When you use the Service, we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referrer URL, and timestamps. We use this for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.

Communications. If you email us or submit a dispute, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and reference it later.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Operate your account and let you play, purchase tokens, and claim prizes
• Process your payments
• Ship your won prizes to the address you provide
• Send service emails (win notifications, shipping updates, dispute responses, account security)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks
• Resolve disputes about plays or shipments
• Comply with legal obligations (tax records, lawful requests from authorities)
• Improve the Service based on aggregated usage patterns

4. Who we share information with

We rely on third-party service providers to operate the Service — including processing payments, hosting our infrastructure, delivering live video, sending you transactional email, and shipping prizes. Each provider receives only the minimum information it needs to perform its function on our behalf, and each is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments. We do not control these providers' independent business practices.

We may also disclose information when compelled by valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of any person.

What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information. We don't rent your data to advertisers or data brokers. We don't share your data with social networks for ad targeting. We don't use your data to train AI models.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items strictly for the Service to function:

• Session cookies for keeping you signed in
• A cookie/local storage flag to remember that you've agreed to our Terms of Service (so you don't have to re-confirm every login)
• Local storage flags to remember UI preferences (e.g., whether a referral code came from a sharing link)

We don't use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. We don't show you ads.

6. Data retention

We retain different categories of data for different periods:

Account data: as long as your account is active, plus a short period after deletion to handle disputes and chargebacks (typically 90 days).

Transactional data (purchases, shipments, prize records): retained for at least 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

Win video clips: retained while the prize is unshipped, plus 90 days after delivery for dispute review.

Loss video clips: retained 14 days then automatically deleted.

Support correspondence: retained for 2 years.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data. We honor these regardless of jurisdiction:

Access. Request a copy of the data we have about you.

Correction. Update or correct inaccurate data (you can edit most data directly in Settings; for the rest, email us).

Deletion. Request deletion of your account. We'll remove your personal data, though we may retain transactional records (purchases, shipments) for tax and legal compliance.

Portability. Request a machine-readable export of your data.

Opt-out of marketing. We don't send marketing emails today. If we ever do, you'll be able to unsubscribe with one click.

8. California residents (CCPA)

If you're a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

9. International users

UltraClaw Arena is operated from the United States. Our servers and service providers are located in the U.S. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which has different privacy laws than your home country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other appropriate legal mechanisms to transfer your data to the U.S. when required.

10. Children's privacy

UltraClaw Arena is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has created an account, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete the account and any associated data.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data:

• All connections to and from the Service use HTTPS encryption
• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes (we never see your raw password)
• Payment data is handled directly by a third-party processor; we never store full card details
• Backend access is restricted to authorized personnel
• We enforce per-user access controls so users can only see their own data

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and any required authorities promptly.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
